well, not THE first ones-but the first ones I saw on flowers. It’s quite fun seeing how close you can get without pissing off the bees.

LadyBug, LadyBug
The Girls found a ladybug while soaking up some vitamin D on the deck. I brought her in and put her on some flowers my mother in law brought over.
Easter 2013
The girls came down to see Laurie, since she spends most of the day flat on her back. The dogs really like the flat on her back part, they get to snuggle with her on the floor. Anyway, her are the girls enjoying the Easter egg hunt in the basement.
March Sunrise
Dogs, sleepy Dogs.
Sunday morning means sleeping in and snuggling with the dogs. Some Sundays the dogs want to sleep a little longer. We have a big west facing window and this morning it had some wonderful light.
USA Hockey Foundation Photo Shoot
tonight we did a shoot for the foundation. We had some awesome kids in. I had to work harder for smiles on some than others, but ALL the kids were fantastic.
Faith-the portrait sessions
We’ve had Faith for about 8 months now. I think she doesn’t like me very much, the girls would tell you she has great taste in humans. I think it’s my “louder” voice. Tonight I continue to learn my new umbrellas and stands. Let me know what you think of these shots.
Kodak Six-20 Series III and macro work
I have an old Kodak that was given to me by a dear friend. It’s one of the few things I have added to the “pretty” room in our house. It sits on an old chest of drawers we have and it looks very good. Today I decided to do a little work with the extension tubes I got for Christmas. I hope you enjoy these images, I don’t really do a lot of artsy type of shots.
Pikes Peak Childrens Museum’s New Years Eve at Noon Event
I volunteered to work the photo booth at New Years Eve at Noon. This event is a fundraiser for the Pikes Peak Children’s Museum. They had an awesome turnout this year, 1200+. The photo booth was a heck of a lot of fun. All the images will go up on the Pikes Peak Children’s museums facebook page. Here are a few of my favorites.
